Unfortunately it does cause weight gain but not so drastically. I have seen a dietician to help with meal plans etc.

I am not T1. But I do know that Glucophage can give terrible diarrhea. Your doctor has many tricks in their diabetic control bag. Just ask to have it changed. Not knowing all of your health concerns… read more

Could someone help me out with different ideas on what they eat for breakfast and lunch and supper? I'm stuck on eating the same thing all the time because i stick to what works and end up eating the same old thing and it's getting annoying. You get tired of the same food at some point. What I can afford is the best place to start. 2 slice's toasted brown bread with half a teaspoon of peanut butter(cheaper than to bake ), except if someone of the team has a tried and tested cheap option
