Unfortunately it does cause weight gain but not so drastically. I have seen a dietician to help with meal plans etc.

I recently began adding more healthy carbs back to my diet (as a test of sorts). Previously I was aiming for 50g carbs daily and now eat 100-110g daily. Could someone help me out with different ideas on what they eat for breakfast and lunch and supper? I'm stuck on eating the same thing all the time because i stick to what works and end up eating the same old thing and it's getting annoying. You get tired of the same food at some point. What I can afford is the best place to start. 2 slice's toasted brown bread with half a teaspoon of peanut butter(cheaper than to bake ), except if someone of the team has a tried and tested cheap option
