I am not T1. But I do know that Glucophage can give terrible diarrhea. Your doctor has many tricks in their diabetic control bag. Just ask to have it changed. Not knowing all of your health concerns one of us won't be able to solve that for you.

Hi there. I am type 2 diabetic and found that Glucophage gave me severe diahorea. Hot my doc to change my medication and all was well thereafter.
