The air fryer is great and quick @A DiabetesTeam Member. I put parchment paper folded like a bowl in ours for easier cleanup.

At a braai party the meat bites, the cheese, the soup, mushrooms, and vegetables are great.

But unfortunately most of the rest of the sides are carb laden and must be controlled and carb counted.

Be aware of the number of carbs you are eating to control your numbers.

Air Frying can reduce the level of saturated fats your consume which also reduces calories in that given meal (all else being equal)

So maybe NOT exactly Healthy but rather "less unhealthy" than preparing an alternate method

The healthiest way to prepare chicken might be "skinless in an air fryer" and in the case of pork chops, replacing them with a "less fatty" pork option (shoulder roast) would be "healthier" regardless of how it's prepared

So a bit of a complex question

If you are taking a piece of meat that is "the healthiest form it can be" AND Air Frying it, you have done about as much as you can save not eating it at all
