My Question Is On Protein Drinks And Low Blood Sugar
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am Type 2, for 18ish years now. I recently had Oral Surgery and am on a soft/liquid Diet. My question is on Protein Drinks. The ones that have 25g Protein, 180ish Calories, and 5g Carbs. Are they an effective option to take when Blood Sugar is low? Or do I need something more like Boost or Ensure for that?

Just trying to get a grip on whether the issue is in the sodas (as my diet has… read more
