I use monk fruit. I find it doesn't have any after taste.

Can I ask wahst so great about the stevia compare to the other sweeteners?

I started watching carbs immediately...nothing with added sugar..as I learned more about glycemic index I apply that to food choices...as you experiment with different foods you will learn what your body responds to positively or negatively. I use stevia sweetner...but not the stuff on grocery shelves...buy at health store...I attempt to limit caffine..but I adore coffee...no soda for me even diet...but I do drink Zevia...so maybe I drink alt soda...lol

Do you mean alcohol drink or any other drink?
In terms of food, I swear by a balanced diet with lots of vegetables and some protein. I find that restrictive diets are hard to sustain. Just mind your food portions as well
