A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

Could someone help me out with different ideas on what they eat for breakfast and lunch and supper? I'm stuck on eating the same thing all the time because i stick to what works and end up eating the same old thing and it's getting annoying. You get tired of the same food at some point. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Have a wonderful and blessed day my friends 🤗

But I also get a number of legitimate advertisements from providers that have some program or some diet all figured out and for X bucks a month they will guide you down the diabetic path.

My own personal… read more
