Could someone help me out with different ideas on what they eat for breakfast and lunch and supper? I'm stuck on eating the same thing all the time because i stick to what works and end up eating the same old thing and it's getting annoying. You get tired of the same food at some point. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Have a wonderful and blessed day my friends 🤗
Thank you for saying that it meant a lot 🤗

I've always been a sugar junkie, but had to stop after diagnosis. Sugar free popsicles and jello just doesn't cut it. If you have any favorites you make or if you can lead me to some, I'd be oh so grateful. Thanks so much, Jen

The eating comments on the site presume that I know the recipe and how to make it.
I will try your suggestion with thanks

I’ve been finding amazing-looking recipes on YouTube for things like mug cakes and pizza crust, substituting almond flour for regular, and even a cream cheese icing for the mug cakes, using confectioner’s sweetener. What can I say, I love my sweets - and a cake in a mug beats no… read more
I use almond flour and coconut flour (because I like coconut) in "pastry" recipes. So to make a crust for cheese cake or butter tarts (made with Swerve brown sugar of course).
