Try the Diabetes UK site, they have carb friendly recipes.

The keto diet or atkins diet are both low carb. You don't have to follow the diet to use the recipes you like

I bought Diabetic Cookbook for the newly Diagnosed, have tried a few and they are good.. If you have an air fryer, the Diabetic Air Fryer Cookbook 2023 is another. I got both on amazon. Other than that, I've been finding recipes online.... Hope this helps
