I need advise and help. Was not given any indication by the doctor on how I should proceed and what I need to do now. Was told only to take meds twice a day. No eating plan, what I should avoid or any other information.
Totally stressed out. Have no idea where to now. My blood sugar level at the examination was 12.4 with traces of ketones and blood in urine test. Glucose was 3+ in the urine test

I was just doing a bit of reading and tripped over a couple of statistics (Canadian) comparing Diabetics to Non-Diabetics with regards to use of medical services
Depending on the country we live in we make up 10 to 12% of the population
