What Do You Drink Besides Water When Dehydrated?
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

It is so hard for me to just drink water. Is there anything else you can drink that won't raise your blood sugar?

infused water. I don't like it myself (plain is my favorite) just slice up fruits, citrus, berries,or veggies cucumbers and put them in a pitcher or jug full of water. Also herbal teas can be very nice.

add some lemon or lime or orange slices to your water or try a diabetic cordial.

Have you tried those little packages that you add to your bottled water? My favourite is the Crystal Light, but there are so many on the shelves now, and are fairly reasonable in price and they last a long time. Now you can have flavoured water, calorie free, sugar free, and there are some amazing flavours to choose from.
