Check your sugars when fatigue happens. That can be a sign of high sugars. It will also let you know that what you ate was to high in carbs

I developed high cholesterol after being diagnosed. I take lipator now and my dr has cut me back to half of a pill a day now since I am back to normal cholesterol levels
