I use Nutritionix app, but it does not have a section for sugar alcohol nor Erythritol, I have to deduct these on my own and keep track of them. Since I had a tooth removed yesterday I am trying to track my Net Carbs as mostly eating some of the soft Keto snacks I have so they are high in fat also, I am not used to eating mostly Keto foods but out of options for now. I enjoy a smoke 5 - 6 cigs a day, sometimes none. Is it really that bad for a Diabetic or is there away around it not smoking to much or so?

Hi, i have been a T1 Diabetic for the last 45 years, got diagnosed at the age of 18 months.
Very well control, but being 47 now, i find it extremely difficult to loose weight. I do HIT x3 a week for 45min,but weight is not going down? What else can one do? Pretty much frustrating
