I have neuropathy. I have muscle spasms occasionally. I tried gabapentin and Lyrica but couldn't tolerate the side effects

I have occasional bouts of restless leg so I take hylands restless leg. I did not want to be on a med for restless legs that I had to wean off of. I’ve had spasms too. All are much better now that my diabetes is in check.

I use to kick very bad when I went to bed. I told my doctor and she put me on something for restless leg syndrome. It calmed my legs down when I go to bed. It can also cause restless leg syndrome.
