I found by taking a soluble Magnesium tablet the cramps immediately stops. A shortage of Vitamin B12 in the blood may also give a tingly feeling of the feet.
Also it’s best to monitor blood sugars as if they’re high this can cause cramps. You may have to aim for lower levels than your current ones.
Definitely try Magnesium
I have neuropathy. It does cause muscle cramps. There are over counter and medication to help with Pain.
