Members shared their favorite low-carb and zero-carb hydration options for managing diabetes, with water, black coffee, and unsweetened tea emerging as the most popular staples, alongside sugar-free sodas and specialty drinks like mushroom coffee, bone broth, and fruit squash. Several members mentioned practical habits that help them stay hydrated throughout the day, including drinking two to four liters of water daily, adding sugar-free powdered mixes or tea packets to water, and experimenting with international favorites like Jupina and Malta in moderation. A recurring theme was the importance of finding beverages you can tolerate and enjoy long-term, whether that's Earl Grey with skim milk, diet soda, or simply sticking with coffee when tea doesn't agree with you.

I drink water, and Snapple zero sugar teas. There are lots of zero sugar drinks, but I can't drink anything with fizz, so I will get 1/4 cup of the drink and let set for about 1 or 2 hours and then I drink it.
For Spanish speaking: jupina, materva, and Malta...my favorites. Have a blessed day 🙏.

We live in a tropical country so on an ordinary day 2-3 liters of water, when I take my walk 3-4 liters a day. Coffee mostly in the morning hours, Tea (Green, Earl Grey, Chamomile, English Breakfast, Chinese and Japanese) in the afternoon. All in moderation for the coffee or tea. Have a great day everyone.
