Also Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia is excellent as well. It helps treat insomnia for biomedical and mental health conditions. I plan to certified in becoming a CBT for insomnia and other disorders.

Not sure whether it's diabetes related but it can be due to something else like a loss or chronic pain. I experienced it when my husband passed on, it was very tiring not getting sufficient sleep. I managed to slowly come to terms with my loss and have manged to sleep well again, however I must say I go early to bed and wake at 4.30 I meditate and practice yoga which contributed a great deal. Hope this helps sending positive thoughts and light, tc. πŸ™
