I use Nano also. Go to your pharmacy and ask them for one of each size and see which feels better. They can then have the Dr. order the ones you like. Also, the Dietician and Nurse at my Endocrinologist showed me different ones. I was using the longer ones. They hurt and when done the shot wasn't giving me total insulin. I switched and its so much better.
