That is high, when I first found out I was diabetic mine were 28. Layer years they rose to 33 where I was hospitalised for five days. They are now 6-7 I try hard to keep this up I check throughout the day.
The last 3 days mine have been low 3-4.7 been shake and tired. I have Ecg this morning we will see if I'm OK. I had full nloods done Friday and ECG today. I eat well and regular I drink regular always have a drink next to me even when busy.
Watch what you eat be careful.
Take one for yourself, take that early morning walk, or the late night get it in!
Rose Marie that is high but don't panic just look at what you eat make a note of readings over a few days then discuss with dr. Mine shoots up like that on occasion but does settle again. Are you well otherwise or any stress going on. Please do not panic it will be sorted

Thanks Christine. I actually find people really helpful on here - just medical staff not so forthcoming. I can't get in contact with the diabetes course people so I'm floundering along.
