I eat first take insulin after - never know what's going to be served - or when.!! It is ok to inject 20 mins before or up to 20 mins after meal😎

If you are a Trulicity user can you tell me what side effects you have had? I have experienced nausea, having to go to the bathroom 5 times in a row to go #2, a tightening of my stomach area and extreme eyesight changes since starting on Trulicity. The good news: my blood sugars went from over 500 to waking up to blood sugars as low as 151 and although my up close vision has worsened my distance vision has corrected itself to where I don't need glasses.
I have been a diabetic since 1972 and only had 2 VA doctors and they don't seem to be to be concerned about my issue, I take to many medications to control this issue, I am 73 and a Vietnam Vet with Agent Orange that was sprayed over us when we were in the field. At the time no one told us to cover, or it would be deadly in years to come

My husband and I took a small trip over last weekend. Even though I continued to follow my eating plan, my blood sugar elevate 20-30 points each day of the 3-day trip. Now that I'm back at home, it still hasn't fallen back to my normal range. Anyone else have similar experience?
If you try to keep things calm, and not get to stressed out, will the body take long to adjust?
