Blood Sugar And Traveling
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

My husband and I took a small trip over last weekend. Even though I continued to follow my eating plan, my blood sugar elevate 20-30 points each day of the 3-day trip. Now that I'm back at home, it still hasn't fallen back to my normal range. Anyone else have similar experience?

If you try to keep things calm, and not get to stressed out, will the body take long to adjust?
