Healthy Eating and Diabetes

Diet changes can be difficult after a type 2 diabetes diagnosis, but healthy eating helps balance blood sugar and manage weight. Changing eating habits can be challenging as we get older. Finding the motivation to eat right when you have type 2 is best done alongside others with diabetes who understand the obstacles and rewards.
