There is always questions as to whether this or that is Good or Safe for a Diabetic to eat so I have put together a very “non-extensive” list of some of the common produce that is available

To best manage Diabetes (of any type) we need to restrict our Carb intake at/between meals to allow our “compromised” system to properly metabolize them without leaving us with high blood sugar

Unfortunately I'm very insulin resistant so can only manager around 20g carbs per day - anything more and my bgs start to rise unless I take some sort of exercise.

I weigh all my food in a mea for most meals. Whilst this may be extreme for some/most people it discourages snacking as I just can't be bothered to go to the trouble of weighing it some I don't snack!

At first I regarded the weighing as a chore although now I'm used to it except for an occasional feeling of being fed up with it.

I can only handle 2-3 net carbs per meal. Since I'm only eating 1 meal. That's 2-3 net carbs per day.

Wish I could eat those items in the quantity you show. As a gen rule I eat 1/2 those portions. Maybe it’s a male vs female issue or just body mass. I would need to take medication if eating 130 g of glu a day.
