They don't sell the wheat wonder bread here. I do the keto bread with 0 carbs per slice and it has added vitamin d. A vitamin I stay low on. It's an added bonus for me.
647 White or Italian Bread!!
I use a whole grain bread that I eat sparingly just because gluten can trigger issues but for whatever reason this one I can tolerate. I often make my own as well. I buy it at our local woodmans store.
Good day, I have learned to eat 100% whole wheatbread and lessened to no dressings, and I do mix tomatoes, vegetables and fruits to taste. Regards
My two regular choices are Wonder Thin Sliced Sandwich Wholewheat bread (23 net carbs for 2 slices) or Dimpflmeier Prebiotic Multigrain Bread (21 net carbs for 2 slices)
(both sold at regular grocery stores in Canada)
These are not super low carb like carbonaut but fit well into my 130 net carb a day "allowance"
Either brand will allow me to "make a sandwich" that is somewhat under 30 net carbs (roughly my carb target - 25-35 net carbs/meal - 4 meals a day spaced 4 to 5 hours apart, no snacks)
