Good morning warriors.

Some might wonder why I post my daily Call to Arms to fight the diabetes Monster. And why I ask for your morning fasting blood glucose number.

Accountability is key.

A great number is 7.0(126 USA) or less. A good number is 7.8(140 USA) or less.

It's a good indicator on how you are doing with a right eating lifestyle for your personal diabetes journey.

But that is just 1 indication.
A more complete indication is both your before meal numbers and 2 hour numbers.

A daily call to arms post encourages members to share their morning fasting blood glucose numbers as a way to stay accountable in managing diabetes. Several members responded with their numbers, ranging from 104 to 171, and expressed gratitude for the daily check-in, with many noting it keeps them motivated to stay on track. A recurring theme was the challenge of cutting carbs, with one member sharing over five years of avoiding rice, bread, and pasta while relying on eggs, meats, and low-carb vegetables to manage their levels.
