This team has been a big support as I live alone. I enjoy a good documentary or a mystery on tv in the evening. I have a routine that I try to follow and on my worst of days I believe this daily routine has been a support.
You can be alone but not lonely. Sometimes I like to be alone, most time I like to be with people. It depends.
