Hello Gabi

Ask your 2nd question by being specific.
Your post has too many options for A1 and members to clearly comprehend.

Please break your questions (above), into multiple one liner questions. (Like you did with your first question).

You have many issues. We are here to help you with all of them, but you need to be more specific. You can ask as many questions as you like. This is a support group, so we are here to support you.

You have understood that your abuser caused you health problems.
Let him go, and let’s try and fix what’s broken, without him being involved, as he is no no longer in your life.

Let’s help you to move forward with your ongoing health issues 🤗

Hello Gabi

You have to find out what the culprit is, that is causing your blood sugar to be erratic.
Can you please start a food diary.
Document every single thing that you consume.
This is a process of elimination.
You need to treat this as urgent, as you don’t want to end up with diabetic complications .

I am really glad you reached out. That is a lot to deal with at once, and it makes sense things might feel different right now. Big changes can shift how the body responds, so patterns can take time to settle again. Some people find it helps to watch trends more closely for a bit and see what stands out. Are you noticing lows at certain times or more randomly?

@GabVerrinder l think this is psychological just because your heart is not at rest because of you thinking of problems relating to your Ex. Pray & focus with a clear mind by turning over a new page & continue with life and that will receive you of the tension you're going through. Hugs & best wishes
