You do need to control your water intake with CHF.

Drinking more water may not be an option for you. Talk realistically with your doctors and come up with a reasonable plan.

It helps me to use a jug or container with the measured amount. I regularly use a 32 oz insulated jug. I know if I drink at least 2 per day, that's 64 ozs. Three is 96. If I'm only using a 20 oz jug, then I have to refill it more often. Lol
