Good morning Jules
I hope “vat hom stuffy” has left the building and that “vat hom fluffy” is back and in control 🤣
My goodness but you are very disciplined Boykie !
I could never wait until near noon to have breakfast.
As I open my eyes I think “coffee” (after 70 mils of orange juice) and while I drink one cup of filter coffee, I’m preparing my oats, cutting the banana and I have the Greek yoghurt out, waiting for the oat bran to complete 90 seconds in the microwave !
Unfortunately, pawpaw season seems to be over, otherwise that would join the banana on top of the oat bran 🤗
Wishing you a very peaceful and very pleasant Sunday.
Love and prayers are flying across the miles 🇿🇦🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
Are you having symptoms of a low or are you just slightly low with no symptoms like my nondiabetic children.
Since you are having symptoms treatment is in order. For me I found that checking my number before bed and raising my number to about 5.7(103 USA) was key to not having lows overnight.
Good luck.
The AI is correct. That said how low are we talking?
If its just below 70 I would do as you physician suggests but if down in the 50 range the orange juice is a good choice

I’ll have to join you for multiple cappuccinos and a slab of Cadbury’s Milk Chocolate Ted 🤣
