I have added sugar free jello powder to my Greek yogurt. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of powder. It adds some flavor to the yogurt. Sugar free pudding powder also works

Hello Kenneth
I find that plain fat free Greek yoghurt is the best for managing blood sugar.
It’s thick and creamy and I add 10 raw almonds and a bit of a green banana and pawpaw (Papya).

Some low-fat yogurts can actually be higher in sugar than full-fat options, as manufacturers sometimes add sugar to make up for flavor lost when removing fat. Probiotic yogurt may offer additional benefits, as studies show it can help lower blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels in people with type 2 diabetes.
Here are key things to look for:
• Choose yogurt with minimal added sugars
• Check the nutrition label before buying
• Consider probiotic yogurt for potential extra benefits
• Don't assume low-fat is always better - it may contain more sugar
If you're lactose-intolerant, yogurt may be easier to digest than other dairy products, allowing you to get dairy's benefits without discomfort.
The probiotics in yogurt might help reduce inflammation and improve insulin sensitivity, though more research is needed to fully understand this connection.
