I’ve heard of it but I use a blend of monk fruit/allulose for my sweetener. I use stevia as well but not in cooking. Only a packet in my coffee if I use my nutpod flavored creamer that is not sweetened. It takes very little stevia to sweeten so if you use to much it tastes awful.
Not understanding my fear of alternative/sweetners is something I do not wish on any one, your body you do what works best for you,my body cannot function with these substances.
I only use a very small amount of stevia and find it ok. That's all I ever use as a sweetener. I buy Now brand 100% organic stevia extract on amazon and don't mind the taste or the price..A little goes a long way..There's nothing in it but stevia..many other brands cut it with other sweeteners like Erythritol.Maltodextrin,Dextrose and "natural flavors".
I hate Stevia, I find that sucralose based granulated sweetener works.perfectly for me!
I've been made to understand that some sweetners are disadvantage to health and cause memory loss. These new ones should be experimented on for people to know before things get worse for them .
