Cheese is an excellent choice for diabetes because it contains no carbs but is it a dangerous choice for other reasons?

I'm a cheese lover...portion control is paramount..
I usually eat 2-3 eggs daily...usually boiled but mix it up with scrambled and omelettes. My wife makes a wicked seafood fajita.
Like @A DiabetesTeam Member I don't worry about it..
I take a Statin and my Cholesterol levels are well within range according to lab results.

I have high cholesterol, even although I am slight of build.
I imagine that the culprit is my love of cheese. 🤗
