Glucerna or Boost Carb Smart (used to be called Boost Diabetic) - both are designed as Diabetic Meal replacements

The Boost comes in at 14-15 carbs (1 point if you count that way) and most diabetics not following KETO could handle 15 carbs without a spike

The Glucerna has a few more carbs (low 20's) depending on the exact flavour/formula - they have a few) but still perfect for anyone following "low carb" (under 130 carbs/day)

@ DannyGordon l used stevia in my oatmeal, tea or ginger drink. Don't know if Stevia a plant base sweetener has any effect on memory loss
