Members shared their personal experiences with cinnamon for blood sugar management, with most adding it to coffee, oatmeal, or other foods for flavor while hoping for potential health benefits, though several noted they haven't seen dramatic changes in their glucose readings. A few members mentioned practical uses like Ceylon cinnamon powder in beverages, cinnamon supplements as a more concentrated option, and combining cinnamon with lemon and honey in hot drinks for overall wellness. Important cautions were raised about checking with a doctor first, as cinnamon is not recommended for everyone, particularly those with gastroparesis, and its anti-inflammatory properties and potential to reduce triglycerides and aid digestion were noted alongside its pleasant taste.

Just using cinnamon in my coffee or other wsys did nothing for me . I think you would need cups of it. But taking cinnamon supplements did lower my glucose.

I have no real idea about this. But what can it hurt!! Remember that song;
A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down? Add a touch of cinnamon, at
least it should taste better! That sounds plausible to me. Have a great
day!!
