+1 on the Brooks line-up off shoes. Very comfortable but they tend to run a little small on their sizes. So try a half size bigger or even a full size!

My Bride loves her Brooks. She has special insoles from her podiatrist.

I usually wear Whitin wide toebox size 45. I wear upscale $65 to $75 flip flops 90% of the time. Baby steps.

At my 1st podiatrist appointment my new podiatrist gave me the evil eye. He said I needed to wear diabetic shoes for protection. Baby steps.

My podiatrist says when I begin to lose capillary circulation in my toes, then I will have to wear diabetic shoes. Baby steps.

I wear the Whitin when I plan 10+ hours on my feet. At the end of a 12 hour day, my feet are less tired than when I began my day. Baby steps.

Good luck.
