Blood work may show you are low in one of the electrolytes β¦. Potassium, magnesium, calcium and Sodium . I find heat the most helpful. And exercise or massage to get the blood flowing. Also I take a magnesium product called Calm. I take it at night before bed. It helps my cramps and it helps me relax!
