I eat them often - carrots are pretty low carb (about 3 carbs in an average carrot), add celery (effectively zero carbs)
Find a low carb dip - I get a Blue Menu yogurt based dip (Canadian store brand) or many of the "chip dips" that are cream cheese based (just have to watch the calories because they can be high in fat and don't want to expand your waist by overeating) 😁
And you can much away on a super healthy snack that doesn't mess with the blood sugar (for most)
