To find your pulse on your feet, follow these steps:

1. Sit comfortably: Ensure you are in a relaxed position
2. Locate the pulse points: The two main pulse points on the feet are:
- Dorsalis pedis artery: This is on the top of your foot, just lateral to the extensor tendon of the big toe.

2. Locate the pulse points: The two main pulse points on the feet are:

- Posterior tibial artery: This is behind the inner ankle bone (medial malleolus).

3. Use your fingers: Place the tips of your index and middle fingers on these points. Avoid using your thumb as it has its own pulse.

4. Apply gentle pressure: Press lightly until you feel the pulse. It may take a few moments to locate it.

Remember, if you have diabetes, regular foot care is crucial. High-risk patients should see a foot care specialist every three months.
