Members worked together to help someone install DiabetesTeam on their desktop computer, with the successful solution being to access the platform through a web browser at www.diabetesteam.com rather than trying to install it as an app. Several members shared that using DiabetesTeam on a computer with a full keyboard is significantly easier than the mobile app, noting that the desktop version offers more functionality and makes posting and navigation much simpler. A recurring theme was the preference for desktop access over mobile, with members encouraging the use of laptops for portability while maintaining the benefits of a full-featured interface.

I do like the desktop better then my. phone. I am typing way faster as I can see it better. Will be purchasing a laptop, for on the go.😁

@A DiabetesTeam Member I use DiabetesTeam on my laptop only. It's been a while since I installed it, but I think all you have to do is "google" it on your laptop and then follow the prompts to install it. Goodluck-if I can do it-anyone can!

After you get used to things on the laptop you will likely hate using the APP on the phone - only 60% of the functionality transfers over - I'm always frustrated using the phone - can't do things - can't find things on the page

I take my laptop everywhere now if I'm going to be there for more than just the day

I’m not sure. I go to it through my email on my laptop.
