I do 3.5 mi in 55 min
I walk about 3 mph for 35 minutes 3 times a week. Walking the dogs doesn't count because that's just for fun. Other days, I do a weight routine for about 45 minutes - so 5 to 6 days a week for some type of exercise.
I walk daily around the neighborhood.. Which is safe for 45 mins.... Gym 3 times a week mostly 30 mins on treadmill... Moderate speed and an incline of 10 and 30 mins on bike level 1
I take my time and walk in my community because I know most people of 35-45 minutes twice on the weekends of 5,000 steps. I see Christmas lights and decorations now. I'm friendly with my neighbors so we always speak and they will safe be safe. Although I do my walking in the daytime because it's dark now by 6pm. I sometimes listen to my gospel music but not with headphones because I need to hear my surroundings. I want to walk enough to get my heart rate up but not short of breath which gives me good bs and BP numbers. During the week, I definitely get my 10,000 steps playing with my 2 year old students and also I walk in the morning before going to work and a small walk on my lunch break.
