You may have to experience a few to determine that, some sweeteneres affect some diabetics and not others. For me anything containing Maltilol raises my sugar faster and longer, but Erythritol in my case helps. Some in here have used heavy cream instead of sweetener for coffee. I am sure others might help you out, I do not drink coffee ever myself so on that matter would not be able to give advice. I buy lactose free milk as it has lower sugar content then regular milk, as lactose is a form of sugar. Hope this helps. We only use Erythritol in our household now, they sell granular, powdered and brown or (Gold) sugar granules. Hubby is not diabetic so he sometimes uses honey.
