Sorry i haven't posted my fasting numbers in a while but I'm still on steroids but finally down from 75mg a day to 5mg for another week. But even at 5mg my numbers still run a little high, my doctor is also trying me on a new medication and started me on a lower dose to begin with and is increasing it this week so hopefully that will help me get my numbers back to where they should be. Members shared their go-to drinks beyond water for managing diabetes, with popular suggestions including sugar-free options like Powerade Zero, Sparkling Ice, Crystal Light, diet juice blends, and unsweetened iced tea or coffee. Several members described adding natural flavors to water such as lemon, lime, or mint, with one noting that lemon water may help with arterial health but should be consumed all at once rather than sipped throughout the day to protect tooth enamel. A recurring theme was balancing variety and taste with blood sugar control, staying active through walking or yoga, and choosing zero-carb or low-carb beverages to keep glucose levels in check.

There is a number of flavors that can be added to the water and still remain zero carbs.

At my grocery store there is Tang in a few flavors as well as all the Crystal Lite stuff and Walmart has their own brand as well

Some come in the little squeeze bottle while others are crystals
