My middle baby boy went on an elimination diet for 4 years.
He dropped 75 pounds to 120 and he is 6 foot tall.
No wheat,
No dairy,
No stone fruit,
No corn,
No corn syrup,
Gluten free.

If he ate any wheat at all, he would spend the next 48 hours on the toilet. Corn and corn syrup was just as bad. Dairy was almost as bad.

2 years in he got a new job,
40 hours a week instead of 80, and working 5 days instead of 6 days a week.
And slightly more take home,
With a company truck.
Much less stress.

2 years later they started doing fermented products daily, no dyes. 6 months ago some sourdough breads.

4 years since he changed jobs,
Now he can, not only have some wheat - like an occasional hoagie, some corn, some corn syrup. Heis no longer gluten free but still eats no stone fruit.

He is indeed blessed.

I think it was a combination of things.
Stress was a biggie,
Gut biome disruption,
Not being able to spend enough time with his 3 boys.

He has been gardening for 4 years now.

Could be a reaction to a medication, might check side effects of meds you take. Sometimes high sugar intake can causeGI troubles. Wish you well…..
