I use a handheld, electric massager for my hands and feet which really helps. I also raise my legs up against the wall, 20 mins eveey day - you can lay on the bed or on a yoga mat with your butt against the wall and heels up... while there, after 20mins incorporate other exercises like rolling and flexing your feet, etc.
Allows me to sleep peacefully.

I take Gabepentin but still have numbness and tinkling that makes me miserable in feet and hands. Right now I am on Ozempic and for the first time my A1C is only 6.1 I did go through some bad side effects though. I am so thankful it is down from 8. The damages are done already.

Medication, lyrica, or Gabapention helps, ease it down to where its tolerable.
