I've been admitted for bronchitis. All the meds r pushing my blood sugars up. What can I do to control the blood sugar without affecting the quality of meds I'm receiving?
There is not much that you can do. Just continue your diabetic meds and watch what you eat. Being sick and the meds they use can raise blood sugar. This is something out of your control. Hope you get well soon.
When in hospital I find they want to run my bs higher than I do..have had to go with the flow and reset once out
