Members warmly reconnected with each other, sharing brief updates on managing diabetes, recovering from Hurricane Ian, caring for sick grandchildren, and staying busy with daily life and yard work. Several members mentioned experiencing frequent urination, with one explaining it can be caused by diabetic medications that help the body eliminate excess sugar or by high blood glucose levels themselves, emphasizing the importance of kidney function monitoring. A recurring theme was staying positive and keeping up with self-care despite busy schedules, health challenges, and family responsibilities, with members offering encouragement and expressing care for one another.

Doing well here, just keeping very busy .Dh's dealing with a uti,the great grands have been out sick from school for 3 weeks now with that RSV virus, ear infections etc and they live with us.Doing a lot of cleanup gardening for the winter, not that it gets very cold here, but stuff still needs to be done.Other than that, still doing my cross stitching at night while tv watching, and also cleanih/weeding out my sewing room.So never a dull moment around here.

My numbers have been great since i've been on Ozempic, also lots 18#'s,so it's all good.
You all take care, have a great weekend and stay safe and well out there.
