Do what you can do, don't push yourself. start small and with little exercises every day. it will become better, as long as you keep doing it every day whether it be walking or just basic stretches. Also try some Vitamin B12, calcium and Magnesium

I walk before work, during my job as an infant teacher, I walk on my lunch and before traveling home of 10,000 steps (4-5 miles) 5 days a week. I dance to my favorite music or workout to YouTube workout videos when it's too hot or too cold outside. Just move around like cleaning your home or in the community. Throw the ball πŸ€πŸˆ with the children for 20 minutes although my children are grown but if you have small children or grandchildren. Just have fun 😊 1-2 hours daily.

Today, I did a workout from home from YouTube: Grow With Jo 30 minutes, a 20 minutes walk in my community before it rained, stayed busy cleaning my house and another 45 minutes workout because it was dark when it stopped raining. Drink plenty water.
