Yes you can... Ive used the back of my arms, my legs... The reason why it adsorbs faster there... It takes longer to act the farther out it is. I used my back of arms for my slow acting. Any rapid or fast acting I used my stomach...hope that helps

So my doc says if you can pinch it you can poke it. I do my shots in a sqare. Right side left side" stomach then legs.
