Try drinking water before every meal to fill you up.

I used to have that problem I was always sticking my head in the fridge looking for something delicious to eat or go into the cupboards and see what was there. what I did to stop it, is drink around 2 litres of water only water no sugary stuff and you will find yourself bloated and not feeling hungry [it works ] I weighed a very hefty 137kilos mid Oct last year I am now down to 90 kilos and still going. the water bit worked but it was mainly exercise and half of what you eat did the trick I still have the odd sweet things to eat or drink but I normally burn it of in exercising after a meal, a good walk with my dog does me the world of good and the dog too. so if I can do it I am sure you can do it it is very hard at first but it is worth it in the long run and you won't even have hunger pains doing this as you will find that your stomach has shrunk I found that one out when I did give myself too much to eat I could not handle eating all the meal in fact I ate very little it made my tummy rather bilious well good luck on those hunger pains.

PSMF program through the Cleveland Clinic. I started at 380 in May. Down to 335 and very seldom do I feel hungry. My A2C went from 9.9 to 5.6 and I am no longer taking those 5 insulin shots per day. You can do it. I've been diabetic over 20 years and finally found that the power to control it is in me. It's a lifestyle modification. Good luck.
