Headaches can be a sign of high or low BSL for me so my suggestion test your BSL . Notice what you’re eating and at what time you get the headache ie if it is half an hour after eating also notice the portion size. Did you eat a cookie or 4 of them. How long ago did you eat ? The important thing to remember is that what you eat , when you last ate and how the bad stuff you ate all matters. So you have a headache test your BSL then act accordingly if you are low eat high sugar then say a low gi food like a museli bar or health bar . If it high drink water and really take notice of what you ate and how much . Write all the stuff down so you can work out what you can and can’t eat and how little before you get a high. I hope this help.

I am T2 and have all my life suffered from Migraines. I found my triggers and have stopped all but the Low Sugar and Perfumes and very bright Sunshine on beautiful clear days. I stay away from heavy perfumes; that helps. And use a bucket hat and sunglasses for those beautiful sunny day. My BS stays pretty level while I stay away from almost all starches everyday. I do not worry about fats. They are what my body uses for energy. I also stay away from most fruits of all kinds or eat just a little and not every day. I can eat anything I want if only in moderation and seldom. I am on no medication and my BS is under control.
