I have a chronic pain syndrome and had a long conversation with my pharmacist about this drug as my dr is trying to get me to give up my pain meds for it. The pharmacist said it is not useful for pain management. I have not personally experienced it yet myself. I am leaning more towards some CBD oil or vaping marijuana. CBD is also good for the inflammation caused by uncontrolled sugars.
